We recently stayed at a hotel in Seogwipo and had a wonderful experience. The room on the kid's floor was perfect for our family of four, with comfortable beds and fun decor. The hotel staff were friendly and engaging with the kids, making them feel welcome. We also appreciated the high-quality baby equipment provided by the hotel. The playroom was a hit with the children, keeping them entertained during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a heated rooftop pool area, which we enjoyed, and the laundry onsite and lending services were convenient amenities. The mini coffee machine in our room was a pleasant surprise. The spa facilities were also top-notch. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Jeju.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and attentive at the spa and wellness centre, where I thoroughly enjoyed a massage. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, surrounded by lovely garden areas, were perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers. The private facilities in my room were also impressive, with a mini coffee machine to add to the luxury.

The only minor issue was the temperature in the room being set, as I prefer a cooler temperature. While I attempted to call reception, there was no answer.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was wonderful! The heated rooftop pool was a great place to relax and soak up the winter sun. We also enjoyed the lending services, especially the laundry, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The location is perfect for those who like a bit of peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The temperature in the rooms, which couldn't be adjusted, and the unkept green patch outside our window, which wasn't very visually appealing. the food prices at the hotel were quite high, making it difficult to try out the breakfast and dinner buffet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the facilities were immaculately clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the massive heated pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel's kids club was the best I've ever seen, and my daughter had a fantastic time. this hotel had everything I needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

The thin walls in the hotel make it difficult for light sleepers to fall asleep due to noise disturbances.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway with our family. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a highlight for us, especially for our young ones who enjoyed playing with the life jackets and floaties provided. We also appreciated the laundry services and lending facilities, which made our stay more convenient. The restaurant had a great selection of dishes, especially the Italian one on the top floor. The bedding was of high quality, making for a great night's sleep.

The location was a bit far from the beach, requiring a car to get there. although the breakfast and dinner buffets looked great, we found them to be a bit too pricy for our liking.

The spa facilities were great. The hotel had a range of life jackets/floaties for kids. The kids club was excellent. Room had great pool views. The top floor Italian restaurant had delicious food and stunning architecture.

There was nothing I didn't like.
